Dispatch
Pieces come direct from the maker, so dispatch times vary by brand — most ship within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order pieces say so on the product page and take longer.
Delivery
Within Southeast Asia, delivery is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch. International delivery runs 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier.
Duties & taxes
For international orders, any import duties or taxes are set by your country and may be collected on delivery. These are not included in the price shown.
Tracking
You'll receive tracking once your maker dispatches. Full in-site order tracking is being built alongside checkout.
